As an operations & quality supervisor you are responsible for…
⦁ Quality inspections during the loading and unloading of trucks, containers or ships, both locally and internationally.
⦁ Organizing our mechanical operations:
– You create production orders
– You coordinate subcontractors and resources for our stock site in Ghent.
⦁ Overseeing mechanical operations such as screening and material mixing.
⦁ Actively contributing to handpicking campaigns (manually purifying materials).
⦁ Ensuring the proper, safe, and high-quality execution of all mechanical operations.
⦁ Performing stock checks and taking samples, ensuring accurate registration.
⦁ Reporting directly to the Operations & Innovation Director.

What can you expect?
We offer you a full-time contract of 39 hours per week within our dynamic and internationally oriented company. In addition to a personalized compensation package, including a company car with a fuel card, you will receive tailored training to familiarize yourself with our materials and operations. You’ll have the freedom to plan your tasks independently and handle many responsibilities from home. Regularly, you will connect with colleagues from the head office in Lummen (BE) and our offices in Rouen (FR), both professionally and during our biannual team-building events.
