As our invoicing officer, you are responsible for…

  • Accurately and timely processing transport data into invoices:
    • Registering and entering transport-related data carefully into our system
    • Identifying and completing missing transport data across various files
    • Processing transport data into purchase, sales, and transport invoices
  • Contributing to the optimization of the invoicing process
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Invoicing

To excel in this role, you are…

  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or you have relevant experience in a similar role
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and accurate in your work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Dutch and able to communicate in French and English at a functional level
  • A true team player who takes ownership, is committed to collaboration, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.
