What to expect as a management trainee within Abo Global?

• During your first year as Management Trainee, you will follow an internal training program in our offices in Meldert (Lummen). This program provides a solid foundation for your further development within the company. Every 3 to 4 months, you will rotate through the different departments. During the first year, the focus is on gaining deep understanding of our day-to-day operations, while actively contributing to our continuous improvement project.  
• From the second year onwards, you will have the opportunity to work on projects on a more strategic level. 
• Throughout your traineeship, we will define a personal development plan focused on knowledge building and developing your soft skills.  
• Our ambition is to allow you to grow into a responsible position. 

To fit in this role, you are…

• Holder of a master’s degree in logistics management, business administration or economics 
• An ambitious and flexible starter with a hands-on mentality  
• Analytical, communicative and solution-oriented 
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with a functional knowledge of French and/or German 
• Comfortable working with software packages and IT-systems 
• A true team player who takes ownership and demonstrates a growth mindset.
