As a data officer you provide administrative support to our logistics and invoicing departments trough…  

  • Accurate input of (transport) information, even when the work involves a certain level of routine 
  • Matching transport data in our system with the received transport documents to ensure correct and timely monthly invoicing 
  • Checking legal transport documents (CMR, Annex 7, ect) 
  • Maintaining close contact with your colleagues in logistics, invoicing and accounting 
  • Monitoring and respecting the monthly deadlines
