As an invoicing officer you are responsible for…

  • The timely and accurate processing of (transport) data into invoices;
    • You will register and process data related to executed transports carefully in our system;
    • You will search for missing (transport) data across various files;
    • You will convert inputted (transport) data into purchase, sales, and transport invoices;
  • Contributing to the optimization of the invoicing process;
  • Reporting to the Head of Invoicing.

You are…

  • In the possession of a bachelor’s degree or you have relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Punctual, structured and solution-oriented;
  • A collaborative team player;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, demonstrating strong skills across its applications;
  • Fluent in Dutch, with a functional proficiency in both French and English.
