As our digital transformation specialist, you are responsible for…
- Defining, leading, and executing strategic digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with the Group Administration & Finance Manager.
- Designing, developing, training, and implementing an IT infrastructure that supports the overall business and creates transparency within the organization.
- Providing expert guidance on the implementation of our new ERP system, Tegossuite (software solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central technology).
- Successfully rolling out our new ERP system to our subsidiary in Rouen, France.
- Supporting the data management process, being responsible for data housekeeping and aiding in ensuring data integrity.
- Initiating and coordinating IT projects accurately and within budget and deadlines to enhance efficiency (BI, automation processes for integrating external partner data, etc.).
- Escalating issues to the correct and predefined contact persons; monitoring and following up successfully and timely on the resolution of reported issues.
- Supporting, training, and coaching Microsoft Dynamics users. Maintaining and developing key users to ensure in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ensuring compliance with all documented security and user responsibilities.
- Establishing service level agreements with suppliers and internal customers as required to maintain the day-to-day functioning of the network and peripherals.
- Constantly looking for new or improved existing technologies.
- Reporting to our Group Administration & Finance Manager.

- A professional with a master’s-level and at least five years of proven experience in digital transformation projects.
- Eager to dive deep into our unique business, processes, and systems, capable of aligning strategic goals with operational needs.
- Able to translate technical information into clear and accessible language.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft applications, ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics and project management tools, combining advanced understanding, technical expertise hands-on insights for a pragmatic approach.
- A go-getter who takes ownership, supports change and is driven to improve business, not constrained by traditional views
- Fluent in English, proficient in French and Dutch—other languages are a plus.
- A true team player, committed to collaboration, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.
